Ashine's domestic cleaning services allows you to manage your home more effectively, giving you more quality time to enjoy the
things that really matter to you.
Domestic clients are allocated, where possible, a designated cleaner, or team, so that you will always know who will be coming
to your home.
General Domestic
Our flexible cleaning schedule can be tailored to meet your requirements and budget. However, Ashine Cleaning services will
leave your rooms clean and fresh. Our general domestic schedules normally include the cleaning and polishing of:
- Cupboards, inside and out
- Door and window frames and sills
- Kitchen worktops, fridges, microwaves and cookers
- Removing all cobwebs
- Sinks, baths, showers and toilets
- Tiles, floors and walls
- Vacuuming all rooms
- Windows/glazing, inside and out
We also undertake the following additional services.
- Carpet cleaning
- Full laundry service
- Gardening services
Special Rates for OAPs
Ashine offers special rates for OAPs with a minimum of 2 hours on a given day. We can provide shopping services and other general day-to-day housekeeping related services to suit your individual needs and requirements. However, please be aware that the company does not offer professional carer services.
Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly
Ashine will provide you with a professional service with a minimum of 2 hours on a given day.
Our services include all the tasks shown above as well as the following additional services, if required:
- Ironing linen
- Tidying all the rooms
One-Off Spring Cleans
We take time and pride with our one-off spring cleans ensuring that we deep clean your home from top to bottom.
Our spring clean service includes all the tasks shown within our General Domestic services as well as the following additional cleaning and polishing services:
- Curtain poles and tracks
- Door thresholds
- Fridges, freezers, washing machines and tumble dryers
- Light fittings and bulbs
- Skirting boards
- Stair banisters
- Wall and freestanding lampshades and covers
We can also organise the following on your behalf:
- Carpet cleaning
- Chimney sweeping
- Dry cleaning of you curtains
- Full laundry service for other household linens
- Gardening services
- Silver polishing
End of Tenancy / Moving In & Moving Out
Leave yourself free of all the stresses involved on your new move, whether you are buying a new home or letting new premises.
We can tailor a cleaning schedule to meet your specific cleaning requirements and timescales. We can offer you flexible working hours during the working week, out of office hours or over a weekend.
Keyholder Policy
We are moving forward as a company and expanding our geographical areas. As a result, not all our cleaners
are able to get to office to collect keys.
We request clients, where possible, to give consent for your regular cleaner to be the key holder for your property. Should your regular cleaner be away, your key will be held at head office and will be signed in and out for the safety of your premises.
All our cleaning staff sign a confidentiality agreement. We ask all clients to also sign a consent form allowing Ashine Cleaning Services full consent to be the key holder for your property.
We will take full responsibility for the safety of your keys. If, for any reason, your keys are lost, stolen or damaged, Ashine will be liable for the changing of any locks as is necessary.
Payment Options
Ashine Cleaning Services offers our domestic clients the following methods to settle your monthly invoice:
- Cash payment service
- Cheque payment, either weekly or monthly
- Standing Order payment
We use a detailed checklist which we ask you to complete and leave on your premises. The cleaner will counter check the list,
sign and date it, and leave it in an agreed location for you to sign and return to the office.
Our domestic teams cover clients’ sites which are within a 30 mile radius of Andover, Hampshire. This includes all major
towns and villages surrounding Winchester, Eastleigh, Southampton, Basingstoke and also Salisbury in Wiltshire and Newbury in
Berkshire.
